The telephone number for urgent reports to Yask Facility Management is: 040-2305600. Yask Facility Management is set up for the HTCE buildings: 1, 6, 8, 12, 18, 21, 25, 27.29, 31, 32, 41, 47a, 68, 69, 83, 84, 97, parking garages and site maintenance.
If you want to log a call for questions, reports and complaints regarding the HTCE buildings, parking garages and grounds a Facilitor account is required. Please send an e-mail to the Facility Desk firstname.lastname@example.org and they can help you with an account. You will receive the login details within a few days.
