Grand Café The Lucky Swan has been modernized with a new, inspiring environment in which our guests can network during lunch, dinner or drinks, both informally and formally. It is also possible to make this your daily workplace or to organize an event.

And so, you can savour your favorite Starbucks coffee made using premium, freshly-roasted coffee beans at LOKL on The Strip. Savour a cup of latte, americano, cappuccino, frappuccino, espresso or one of the countless other coffees on the menu. With a croissant, muffin or a doughnut. Or, with a salad, sandwich, or sweet treat. Enjoy some quiet time or take your coffee back to your desk, or enjoy it on the go.

Subway proves that fast food can be delicious and healthy, with its freshly-baked and freshly-prepared sandwiches. ‘Eat fresh’ is the slogan that can be readily seen back in the abundant vegetables packed into the sandwiches, such as lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cucumber. The guest can choose between meat, chicken and vegetarian. Two different sandwich types are on offer, in two sizes: 6 and 12 inch. 

‘Fast’ also refers to the incredible speed in which your sandwich is prepared while you wait at the counter. The Subway branch at The Strip is one of the largest in the Netherlands and, with two production lines, the staff produce around 200 sandwiches an hour at peak times.

This fantastic self-service restaurant invites you to come and enjoy. Pure and honest, fresher than fresh! The majority of the ingredients are sourced locally, with the utmost care, and where possible, organically farmed. One Environmental Permit has been granted by the Municipality of Eindhoven for all organizations located on the High Tech Campus Eindhoven. CVM is the permit holder and manages this permit. With the help of issuing partial permits to residents on HTCE, the responsibilities from the environmental permit are transferred to the organizations located on HTCE. Periodically, CVM conducts audits to ensure that the various organizations are complying with their partial permits.

The Netherlands Patent Office helps entrepreneurs and inventors with questions relating to Intellectual Property (IP). Would you like to know more about protecting your own innovations, or have questions about IP rights of others? About licenses or the role of IP in collaborations? We are here to help start-ups, scale-ups and other SMEs free of charge and independently. We hold office at HTC 27.

• Rent material: You can rent a racket for only €5,- and a set of balls costs €7,95. There is always enough available, so you don't have to reserve them in advance! If you show your student card you can borrow a padel racket from us for free.

• Catering: Grab a cup of coffee before you hit the track or a round of beers with a tasty snack afterwards at the Peakz Padel cafe!

• Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot at HTC 16 at P0 & P1. So if padel is enough sport for you, you can simply come by car

• Private and group lessons: Take three separate lessons in July and August and receive a free Peakz Padel shirt! 

• Organizing a group outing: Padel is the perfect sport to play with your colleagues, friends or family. We are happy to help you organize your group outing!

SBMC’s Pilot Production Facility bridges innovative research and practical application of smart biomaterials

Smart BioMaterials Consortium is setting up a new pilot production facility at HTC 11, dedicated to overcoming the complex challenges of scaling up production for biomedical applications to meet clinical demands. The facility includes four cleanrooms, operated at GMP-C (ISO-6 or ISO-7 conditions), covering 400 square meters, alongside a shared quality control lab, office space, and storage areas.

AI Innovation Center is an incubator and accelerator for AI applications and projects by bringing together the regional AI ecosystem.
