We are looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Operator to join our team at SMART Photonics B.V. in the Operations department. (5 shifts schedule) As a Senior Operator, you will have an important role in making sure our facilities run smoothly.

Main Job Duties:

• You main task is to keep the production of wafers running; with care and paying close attention to details.
• You are able to combining a smooth and timely process with meeting the high quality requirements.
• Operate complex machines and keep overview.
• Close collaboration within own team as well as other teams, communication and alignment are key.
• Following strict safety rules to keep the workplace safe.
• As senior we expect you to be able to learn multiple process steps, our tools and equipment. Able to transfer knowledge via training or guidance of a less experienced colleague.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the Senior Operator role at SMART Photonics B.V., we ask you to fit the following requirements.

• Minimum of 5 years as either cleanroom operator -, complex production and/ or high tech environment experience.
• Available for a 5-shift schedule.
• Technical education background on bachelor degree (MBO+ also considered, master and up are considered overqualified for this role)
• Collaborative and eager personality with a passion for continuous improvement.
• An eye for smaller details, careful and structured mindset.
