As a Senior DSP/Wireless Communications Engineer, you will be at the heart of this innovation. You will research, design, model, and validate advanced Physical Layer (PHY) and lower-MAC algorithms that define the performance and capabilities of our novel communication links. This includes exploring and integrating advanced techniques, potentially including machine learning, to solve complex wireless challenges. Technical Qualifications Required
- OFDM and advanced multicarrier techniques.
- MIMO systems: Spatial multiplexing, STBC, beamforming, interference alignment/cancellation.
- Channel Estimation and Equalization: Advanced techniques for time-varying and frequency-selective channels.
- Synchronization: Robust timing, frequency, and phase synchronization methods.
- Channel Coding Theory: Strong understanding of LDPC, Turbo Codes, Polar Codes, Viterbi algorithm (design principles, performance analysis).
- Adaptive Signal Processing: Adaptive filtering, link adaptation (AMC).
