Are you a passionate and curious student looking to start your career in Talent Acquisition? Do you want to explore recruitment, figure out how AI tools can transform recruitment and help attract top entrepreneurial talent? Then this internship is for you! 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bachelor Student, preferably pursuing a "meewerk stage” who is eager to learn the art of recruitment and make a direct impact by contributing to our talent acquisition strategy. You'll work alongside our talent team in close collaboration with the rest of the HTXL team. You will take part in real recruitment challenges and events within a fast-paced startup ecosystem. 

What you’ll do: 

• Attend and participate in candidate interviews and Info sessions, as well as our own talent focused events. 

• Explore and evaluate AI tools or other means that support sourcing, outreach, and engagement of entrepreneurial talent both locally and internationally. 

• Bring your own ideas and initiatives to the table, we welcome creative input! 

Who you are: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field 

• Interested in recruitment and curious about innovation and for instance the application of AI in recruitment 

• A strong communicator and proactive team player 

• Curious, independent, and eager to take ownership 

• Interested in how startups and entrepreneurship ecosystems work 

Possible internship assignments: 

• What AI tools can we implement to improve talent outreach and candidate engagement? 

• How to attract the right entrepreneurial minded people with a love for deep tech and the ability to start a company with a small team of co-founders, using different means of scouting and recruiting.
