Deep Learning Research Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Innovate and Create: Design and develop deep learning applications, focusing on Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and multi-modality systems that combine text, graph, and image data.
• Research and Experiment: Dive into the latest LLM/Transformers architectures and integrate them with GNNs to unlock new capabilities in circuit topology.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals and ensure they align with our business objectives.
• Optimize: Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of our existing applications.
• Document: Create clear and concise documentation to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor: Guide and support junior team members, helping them grow and succeed.
• Advise: Provide technical recommendations and guidance for project proposals, working with the CDO Architecture team and IT.
• Integrate: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to ensure all requirements are seamlessly integrated into our products.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: A Master’s Degree in a STEM field (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics) or a related quantitative discipline. A Ph.D. is a big plus!
• Experience:
  • 8+ years leading AI projects.
  • 3+ years developing deep learning applications.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning techniques (e.g., GPT, VAE, GNNs, GANs).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
  • Knowledge of AI Governance frameworks and risk mitigation.
  • Experience with NLP tools (e.g., SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
  • Familiarity with various databases and storage solutions.
  • Agile frameworks and software development best practices.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Python, Spark, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Deltalake, AWS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of VLSI design and related schematics.
