Vanuit onze vestiging op de High Tech Campus in Eindhoven ondersteunen we installateurs en partners in België en Nederland bij de installatie, monitoring en service van onze Alpha ESS batterijsystemen. Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Aftersales Service Engineer die onze klanten en installateurs technisch willen begeleiden bij het uitbouwen van een duurzamer energiesysteem.
Wat ga je doen
Ondersteunen van installateurs en servicepartners bij de inbedrijfstelling en het onderhoud van Alpha ESS residentiële en commerciële batterijsystemen.
Remote analyses uitvoeren via onze monitoringplatformen en technische storingen oplossen.
Communiceren met onze internationale service- en productteams (China, Duitsland, Australië).
Servicecases documenteren in interne systemen (CRM / Alpha Cloud) en zorgen voor correcte opvolging.
Meedenken over procesverbetering, handleidingen en productkwaliteit.
Wie ben jij
Technische opleiding (elektriciteit, elektronica, energietechniek of gelijkaardig).
Analytisch en praktisch ingesteld, hands-on en werkt graag samen met installateurs.
Vloeiend in Nederlands en goed in Engels.
Thuis in een internationale omgeving en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en communicatief sterk.

Alpha ESS Benelux BV is a fast-growing company in smart energy storage. From our office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, we support installers and partners in Belgium and the Netherlands with the installation, monitoring, and service of Alpha ESS battery systems. To support our growth, we are looking for an Aftersales Service Engineer who will provide technical guidance to our customers and installers as they build a more sustainable energy future.
What you will do
Support installers and service partners with the commissioning and maintenance of Alpha ESS residential and commercial battery systems.
Perform remote diagnostics through our monitoring platforms and resolve technical issues.
Communicate with our international service and product teams (China, Germany).
Document service cases in our internal systems (CRM / Alpha Cloud) and ensure proper follow-up.
Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and product quality.
Who you are
You have a technical background (electrical engineering, electronics, energy technology, or similar).
You are analytical and hands-on, and enjoy working closely with installers.
You speak fluent Dutch and good English.
You thrive in an international environment and are comfortable taking responsibility.
You work accurately, structured, and communicate clearly.
