The Central Building (HTC5) is located right next to The Strip in the absolute center of the Campus. This is your chance to make an optimal entry in the Campus ecosystem. The building consists of six floors and offers flexible workspaces ranging from 150 m² to 3,000 m². The offices on the south side have a beautiful view of the pond, while the offices on the other sides look out over the bustling campus grounds.

The ground floor includes the AI Innovation Center, a research center that focuses on artificial intelligence. It is possible to rent work units, wings and floors in the Central Building, which are available for innovative companies in the high-tech, software and related industries. Together the residents share facilities such as the staffed reception, coffee corners and Security. The building offers two restaurants serving a healthy and varied lunch: Brave New World and Okinawa, as well as a coffee & tea bar: TLab. Other useful amenities such as restaurants, shops, sports facilities and the Conference Center are just 100 meters away at The Strip.

With an own highway exit (A2/N2) and direct bus lanes, shared cars and bikes the High Tech Campus is very well accessible. Our Campus has 10 parking buildings, with the latest electric charging options.
The multiple access ports give entrance from the highway, the city and more areas which are essential to the Brainport region. With many bicycle lanes the Campus is very friendly for sportive commuters.
