Approx. 175 sqm LFA lab space to be combined with office space on the same floor, featuring a chilled ceiling for additional temperature control.
Building HTC 46
Climate-controlled electrotechnical lab
Approx. 350 sqm LFA lab space with dedicated climate control, maintaining temperature within ±1°C and stable humidity conditions. Includes an office unit of approx. 50 sqm LFA.
Building HTC 46
Ready-to-use electrotechnical lab
Approx. 400 sqm LFA lab suitable for small-scale analytical and electronics work, with an additional 400 sqm LFA of office space. Available as-is and ready to move into.
