Senior Mechanical Engineer

You will own the mechanical design of our deposition platform, from the first drawings on paper to a
fully functioning, high-maturity system. Vacuum chambers, source assemblies, motion, and the
thermal-mechanical interfaces that hold it all together.

You lead our mechanical engineering team. Several mechanical engineers work with you, and you
are accountable for everything the team designs, builds, and ships. You stay hands-on: you set the
standard in the work, not only in the review.

You work closely with our System Architect, who owns the platform architecture, and peer-to-peer
with our electrical, source, plasma, and materials engineers.

This role exists because we are scaling from a working proof-of-concept to a fab-ready system. The
physics works. The next phase is turning rapid hardware iterations into mechanical hardware that
holds vacuum, survives thermal load, and ships to customers.
