NPI Engineer

Ready to be part of something big? At KRUSH Labs, a privately owned R&D center, we push the boundaries of unmanned systems and advanced hardware. We’re building next-generation platforms that fuse resilient communications, AI-driven autonomy, and precision navigation, designed to perform in the most demanding real-world environments. Join us to tackle complex challenges, turn cutting-edge research into deployed technology, and help shape the future.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, testing methodologies, and quality
standards
• Strong root-cause analysis skills to troubleshoot yields, component failures, and
production bottlenecks.
• Excellent leadership and project coordination abilities to align diverse, global, or cross
functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Key responsibilities

• Setting up a production system from scratch
• Develop, document, and validate manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, and
standard operating procedures.
• Review and valuating product designs to ensure they are optimized for manufacturing,
assembly and testing. Identifying potential production issues early in the development
cycle.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring products move efficiently through gated
development phases from concept to volume production.
• Lead quality tools like Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to identify and address
potential production risks early Coordinate the selection, design, and validation of
production tools, jigs, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between R&D, supply chain, quality assurance, and mass
production teams. Collaboration closely with cross-functional to ensure that all aspects
of the product development lifecycle are aligned with manufacturing capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
