We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facility & Technical Services Manager to support the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment, facilities, and technical systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of machinery and infrastructure.

This position requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Technical Services & Maintenance

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues.
  • Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and service reports.

Machine Installation & Commissioning

  • Coordinate the installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and technical equipment.
  • Work with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during equipment installation projects.
  • Verify equipment functionality, conduct testing, and support operational handovers.
  • Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) where applicable.

Facility Management

  • Support the maintenance and optimization of building-related systems, including HVAC, utilities, electrical installations, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate external service providers and contractors.Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
