Learn how to unleash the true potential of global collaboration.

In these times of AI, robotic process automation (RPA) and data science, digital transformation has become the top priority.

Globally, companies have spent $1.3 trillion on digital transformation this year alone. So why is it that, according to McKinsey, 70% of all transformations miss their target?

The answer is simple. The lack of focus on People and Culture. Over 50% of the global population do not like change.

Building a high-performing team is very complex. It requires an assessment of the team members personality types, strengths, cultural background, unconscious biases, blind spots and what they need to drive change.

Program:

Be a part of this LIVE seminar and:

  • Learn how different personality types and cultures approach innovation.
  • Learn how an environment of psychological safety and inclusion can drive high performance in global teams.

This will be an interactive session to explore different innovation types, how psychological safety can drive high performance, and the skills needed to unleash the true potential of global collaboration.

Speaker:

The AI Innovation Center is proud to present: Ilse Kerling – Founder and CEO, Global Business Academy.

Ilse's passion is travel and culture. At the age of 23 she left for Hong Kong with 1900 guilders and 5 giro cheques. Her goal: to find a job in Hong Kong and understand why Asia is growing so fast.

16 years later she came back to the Netherlands. She noticed that people are very goal-oriented: they know exactly what they want to achieve, but often ignore the how.

In this world where work is fast, complex, and international, effective communication and collaboration is a must. But factors that determine success, like proactiveness, transparency, change management and psychological safety are interpreted differently by different cultures and personality types. Ilse’s mission has been to celebrate these differences and to turn them into strengths that drive high performance. She has catalyzed success for global companies like, NXP, T-Mobile, Heineken, Philips and Akzo Nobel.
