Join YOGA to find your inner space and true relaxation after work!

Have you ever thought, ‘I’m not flexible enough to do yoga’? Then this is specifically for you! No need to be flexible. Everyone is Welcome!

All poses are based on basic natural human movement. Focusing on the breath and the body, sometimes you’ll feel like meditation. Find your inner space both physically and mentally.

This event is for charity and aims to raise relief funds for the earthquake disaster in Japan on the New Year’s Day. Supported by High Tech Campus.

Please prepare

- Yoga mat or Floor sheet or Bath towel

- Casual clothing is fine

Instructor: Yukako
Yoga teacher from Japan, certified by Yin Yoga in Asia. Teaching experience in Thailand, Japan, and now in Netherlands.
