Visitors are always very welcome to join our inspirational community! Visitors do not need to register to enter High Tech Campus Eindhoven, only to enter your building. Click HERE to register your visitors through the Campus Portal (inside the Portal you have to choose 'Applications' in the menu and then the option 'Visitors').

Please note:

  • Registration must be done at least a day in advance of the visit.
  • Visitors carry a Campus badge with a red strip along the top which indicates that such persons should always be accompanied by a Campus resident.

Visitors can enter the street name ‘High Tech Campus’ or the relevant postcode into their navigation system. (Note: the abbreviation ‘HTC’ is not recognized). Inform your visitors to follow the signs to High Tech Campus Eindhoven, then to the parking garage (for example P3) and then to your building (for example HTC34). Traffic signing on the Campus direct vehicles to the parking garages. If you need a vehicle to be directed to a building, please inform the security personnel at telephone 040-2305441.

Wireless Network (WIFI)

For both Campus employees and visitors WLAN-PUB (the public network) is available in all of the buildings on the Campus and can be used as a non-secure network (except in HTC 9). The WLAN-PUB network will appear in the list when you use a laptop or iPhone/PDA to search for a wireless network. This means you do not have to create WLAN-PUB manually.

Press Procedure

How to deal with requests from the press and other parties interested in obtaining information about High Tech Campus Eindhoven or arranging a visit to the Campus. Follow the procedure below if you receive a request from the media or from someone who would like to visit the Campus:

  • Do not answer any questions yourself, but try to ascertain whether the request relates to the Campus or to your own company.
  • Refer the journalist to a spokesperson (for information about the Campus: Ingelou Stol, tel: (+31) 040 230 5513). Regarding questions about your own company, refer them to your own communication manager.
  • Let the journalist contact the relevant spokesperson directly.

If you receive a request for a visit, refer the person to the visit coordinator (for the Campus: Ingrid Kantelberg, telephone: (+31) 040 230 5502). For requests for a visit that relates specifically to the activities carried out in your own company, refer the person to your own visit coordinator.

If the request is for a visit to a new building in connection with plans to move to the Campus, this request should also be passed on to the relevant visit coordinator for the Campus. Let the person making the request contact the visit coordinator directly.
