A mini food truck festival

Welcome to The Food Lab: a permanent mini food truck festival accessible to everyone. You can’t miss the 12-metre-long greenhouse at the end of The Strip, which offers a dry and cozy place to eat. There are picnic benches and lounge chairs overlooking the water, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your meal. With different food trucks present every day, there is always something new to taste.

During lunch, you’ll find Roby’s, Build a Burrito, King of Köfte, and Stri’s Kitchen at The Food Lab. The lineup varies from day to day, with at least two food trucks serving lunch each day.

Additionally, Stri’s Kitchen is available from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
