Building HTC 37 is the tallest building on campus, with the upper floors offering stunning views of the campus grounds and the city of Eindhoven. The building dates from 1965-1966 and has been highly modernized and completely equipped with contemporary facilities.
The multi-tenant building offers flexible office, lab and storage space of approximately 1,000 sqm.
The ground floor consists of an open meeting and social area with a staffed reception desk and a coffee bar. The entrance area also provides space for exhibitions, presentations, and events. Nature-inspired design provides a pleasant connection between the interior spaces and the outdoor areas surrounding the building, including the birch forest.
On the floors setting up laboratories is easy since facilities such as compressed air, noble gases and state-of-the-art internet are already in place. The building has its own logistics entrance and freight elevator. The 3EALITY hub on the ground floor and in the basement offers regular events, joint projects and is home to the community around spatial web and immersive technologies.
3EALITY is High Tech Campus's soon-to-open innovation hub for spatial computing and immersive technologies. 3EALITY will foster an ecosystem of innovators who work on applications and business models, support partners and residents in showcasing business solutions, and educate the market by organizing events.
3EALITY is due to open in the summer of 2024.

With an own highway exit (A2/N2) and direct bus lanes, shared cars and bikes the High Tech Campus is very well accessible. Our Campus has 10 parking buildings, with the latest electric charging options.
The multiple access ports give entrance from the highway, the city and more areas which are essential to the Brainport region. With many bicycle lanes the Campus is very friendly for sportive commuters.
