Lead engineer - Process Engineering

Lead engineer - Test & Measurement

Main daily tasks:

• Manage, coach, and guide the team, set clear expectations and a solid strategy for the next steps towards growth.
• Lead via technological seniority, help the team with their technical challenges and take the lead in improving the current process.
• Present the team results, achievements and budget / tools needs towards our management team, getting things done.
• Coordination and planning, resource planning, grow the team if needed.
• Sourcing and managing technical interactions with our suppliers.
• Embed Test & Measurement / Process engineering as part of our operational routine, offer solid support towards our R&D department to secure our innovation, find the balance between the department requests.

We are looking for a person who has/is

• Solid Knowledge of (integrated) photonics technology and semiconductor processes.
• At least 8 years of experience as Senior Engineer in the semiconductor industry. Preferable also Leading expreince. 
• Understanding of the process / the test, design and characterisation of photonic modules / components.
• Approachable, leading by example, natural leader, strong decision taking and able to prioritize.
