Equipment Engineer / Technician

In our growth and the aim to become a world-class production facility we purchase, maintain and adjust many new tools and equipment. The equipment team is one of the main teams to anable smooth growth in our production line. This is why we are recruiting both Equipment Engineers (HBO / Master + engineering experience) and Equipment Technicians (MBO/HBO + operations experience) 

The engineer role will be in the Day shifts (occasionally first line support) The technician role will be in the 5-shifts. 

Main daily tasks:

• Understand our equipment and tools and able to solve issues according to your level. 
• Able to adjust tools, upgrade them and to inmplement a steady maintenance scheme. 
• The linking pin between the diffrent departments (operations - engineering and support)
• Depending on seniority take repsonsibility in tool owner, equipment release and solving more complex technical issues. 

We are looking for a person who has/is

• Technical education and clear affinity with our equipment and tools. 
• Outstanding wafer handling experience, insights on the complete wafer production process and the used tools.
• Extremely accurate and able to manually handle the finest equipment and tools.
• Good communication skills to work collaboratively and thrive on accountability.
• In our scale-up no day is the same, able to deal with changing conditions, new priorities in a hectival environment is a must have to become succesfull and happy in this role.

• Good English and Dutch communication skills.
• Available for 5-shifts schedule.(only for the technician)
