Software Architect - CI/CD Lead

What you’ll do

  • Define and steer the execution of the Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery roadmap for Automotive products
    • In alignment with the SW architects from Automotive and other units
    • Including the product test strategy, defined in collaboration with the Test Architect
  • Support definition and deployment within the organization of CI related processes, tools and metrics
  • Coach development teams in growing in CI mindset
  • You will act as Product Owner for the CICD team, steering and helping balance execution of the long-term vision and running project needs, together with the Project Lead
  • You will be the Technical Owner of the CICD pipeline architecture and related infrastructure

What you’ll need

  • 10+ years of experience in embedded software development (preferably C++), and at least 3 years of experience as a Software Architect in an agile development environment
  • Good abstraction skills and keep the high-level overview, yet you are not afraid to dig into the details, analyze, and solve issues when needed
  • Experience with configuration management and deployment systems – Git, Jenkins, Docker, cloud computing services (Azure or OpenStack), Python 
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, as well in creating clear architectural overviews and roadmaps. You can bring your point across to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion about Continuous Delivery, software, and keeping up to date with software technology and related areas
