HighTechXL has an immediate opening for a full-time, task-oriented, resourceful Office Manager who will also support the CEO and co-founder.

Looking for a new opportunity in an innovative environment? You may be the perfect fit for our diverse team!

In your role, you will, among other things:

• organize and manage complex calendars

• make travel and meeting arrangements

• welcome visitors to our office

• order office supplies (within budget)

• facilitate onboarding new colleagues

• be point person for office building


You understand administrative processes (gathering invoices, uploading in the system, controlling ledger accounts according to budget) as well as daily office- and HR-related administration.

In this role it is helpful to be representative, welcoming and able to deal with stress and ad hoc situations. Dutch speaking is preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can work independently, has strong interpersonal skills, is detailed-oriented, motivated and can anticipate potential problems before they arise. This position will require you to be a multitasker and confident with basic computer skills. If you have strong interpersonal skills and are able to anticipate needs, this could be the perfect job for you!
