We believe in enthusiasm, collaboration, being independent, ethics and digging deeper to increase insight. We base our approach and methods on scientific research and arrive at practical solutions, taking into account the specific case. More in particular we embrace depth psychology, change management and the doughnut approach (analyzing inside-out and outside-in). We all have a business background and therefor understand how business works, from top to bottom and vice versa.
We facilitate individuals, teams and leaders to increase their self-awareness, further develop themselves and improve their performance. This means that the ones involved will open up and gain a deeper insight, which enables them to define and make the next step on their path to success.
As Bluetivity our approach is inspired by Blue Zones: specific areas in the world where people live significantly longer than people in other areas. To us the longevity of people and business is the result of having a purpose in life, moving naturally, maintaining low stress levels, applying the 80/20-rule, fostering (family-)relationships and friendship and guarding against exhaustion. Being successful and effective should not harm the health and wellbeing of others. The effort of people should make a positive contribution to the world we live in, to make it a place where we feel comfortable as if it would be our home.
