Responsibilities:

Developing an ecosystem of companies of emerging tech companies to strengthen HTCE’s high tech population of companies. Besides our current position as Europe’s main high tech hardware hub, HTCE wants to become a hotspot for emerging tech companies. Why? Our residents indicate that these immersive technologies are key to adopt in the years to come. Therefore, we want to grow the number of companies active in these technologies:

  • Digital Services (Twins, Factories, Collaboration)
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI, ML, DL, DS)
  • UX Technologies (UX, UI, AR, VR, XR, SR)

Activities:

Develop an ambitious and appealing value proposition to attract companies (small and big) in the emerging technologies areas mentioned above. In order to get our proposition over the line, you work closely together with both our Marketing and Sales department. You initiate and manage all HTCE’s projects related to emerging technologies such as innovation projects and events.

These activities serve not only as innovation enabler, but also as a lead generation tool for the campus. You’ll develop and execute an acquisition plan, fill the pipeline with leads for the sales department and support to land these companies on the High Tech Campus.

In this role, you have the opportunity to build a physical hub where likeminded companies want to be located to work on innovative products and services. You develop a network with campus hubs like the 5G HUB and AI Innovation Center but also with institutes throughout the Netherlands and abroad.


About you:

  • Entrepreneurial mind
  • Bachelor or Masters degree
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies 
  • Good network in aforementioned technology areas
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to translate market and customer insights into relevant business propositions
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Strong customer focus
